Chances are the past two to three years have been the hard yards for you, Aries. Why? Well, ‘heavy’ cardinal weather in your 10th of career, public image and reputation. Now as 2021 begins, look forward to a new focus on goals, plans and forward progress. You should have felt a distinct sense of release and freedom in December 2020 as Saturn and Jupiter exited your 10th and moved on into your 11th. The Now Age of Aquarius which began on December 21st, 2020 and takes you on into the New Year is all about designing your future. And the people who form part of this Grand Design.
Learn from your past but don’t repeat it. And don’t whatever you do, continue to live in it. The first five months of 2020 – so I am talking up to and including your birthday season which begins March 20, are all about you looking forward. And the people who are sharing your vision of where you want to get to.
With Saturn in your 11th, friendships get locked in for the long term or left behind you. Older or simply more worldly wise or experienced friends could feature. If your connection with a person or even a larger group, cause, party, association, club, union or network, comes to an end now, be accepting about it. Simply understand it has run its course and let it go with gratitude for the experience.

When Jupiter enters our 11th house, I always tell people to make three wishes. And to expect at least one to come true during Jupiter’s time in here. Also, to be aware that our future vision and therefore those goals, plans and dreams are linked to other people. Because nobody does it alone. Yes, you can be blogging, writing a book, designing a product or have a plan or idea, but you need visitors, publishers, readers, clients, followers to make it all happen.
Jupiter in your 11th can manifest in person. A larger-than-life, generous friend or contact who wants to open doors for you with no apparent agenda in mind. With Saturn also in here they can also lend gravitas or experience. And remain for the entire journey. Understand that your progress and your success story in 2021 – whether around work, career or your personal goals – is linked to who you know or meet.
Work that va-va-voom!
That feeling of going nowhere fast or that someone had hi-jacked your mojo in 2020 was exacerbated by ruler Mars making an ultra-rare retrograde in your sign from September to November. Then, when it finally did move forward again, there was that feeling of making up for lost time. Or the realisation you had your mojo all along – but just weren’t feeling it!

Jupiter will head direct again at 22 degrees of Aquarius on October 18, 2021. Due to Saturn and Jupiter in your 11th, understand the main focus of the year are your connections as in your wider ones. But this does not rule out love. Again, when Jupiter is in your 12th, this could see the return of a past love. 2021 brings us one of the most unusual Jupiter cycles we have seen for a long time. Jupiter usually spends 12 uninterrupted months in a sign. Not so this year. It will power through Aquarius and your 10th, and then land in Pisces and your 11th on May 13. Yes, during your birthday cycle, Taurus.
Your social life and who you know will take on a fresh significance as will you goals and vision for your future. Friends and who you meet will be linked to this now. I always tell people to make three wishes when Jupiter enters their 11th. And to expect at least one to manifest during the time it is in here. So, do that, especially if this is linked to anything long term. A relationship or career move for instance.
Is it love that you’ve been looking for?
Shifts around moving, home and family, those you live with – your flatmate, sharers etc, or your live- in lover, spouse, children, could occur around the eclipses on June 10th in your 2nd and May 26th and December 4, in your 8th.
Please bear in mind you may be ‘in the dark’ at these times. So, if signing agreements, contracts, leases, divorce papers, loans or any important documents which impact on you in the long term – please ensure you know what you are getting into (or out of). Road blocks to new love should have been lifted now Saturn has moved into your 10th. Jupiter will head backwards in your 11th soon after arrival in it (call this a taster session!) and return to your 10th on July 28. Here it will remain until December 29. So, think of the second half of 2021 as your time for major decisions and to cement what you have set in motion.
Love and business ventures and decisions bloom and loom from September 23 onwards when Venus arrives in its ruling 7th. You have the Sun in here from October 23, Mars from October 30 adding passion, heat and confidence, and an all-important new Moon on November 4 which will oppose Uranus in your 1st.

The May/June retrograde period will be particularly profound and impactful. Not only is this the time of your birthday, but we are also in a major eclipse season which is going to involve you and your closest personal ties. Now, you should not need me to remind you that when your ruler is retrograde in your 1st or your 5th houses, this is NOT the time to begin a new love affair or go seeking one. Neither is eclipse season across your 1st/7th house axis – whether it is combined with a Mercury retrograde or not. But even more so when it is!
What do we know about eclipses? We are in the dark. During a total eclipse this is a complete black out when it comes to a key area of our lives. While 2021 promises better outcomes for finding love or your existing partnership, for your best chance of happily ever after, you do need to avoid both the Mercury retro cycle AND the eclipses.
May 26 brings a total lunar eclipse in your opposite sign of Sagittarius and your 7th. Right slap bang in the middle of Mercury retro in your 1st. So, you may feel emotionally distanced, confused around someone’s intentions or that they are holding something back. New lovers could be shrouded in mystery and may not be what they appear to be. If an old one returns – hold back and wait before leaping back in. Have they really changed or are they just saying what they think you want to hear?

You have a second eclipse in your 1st on June 10 at the time of the new Moon. Again, Mercury is still retrograde. This is an annular solar eclipse. This delivers that ‘ring of fire’ effect we see in many eclipse photos. So, think of this as something having a ‘ring of truth’ to it.
Again, this may involve you and someone you are in a close relationship with. Or have been or could be. So, yes, it could be your partner, live-in lover or spouse. Or it could be your boss, activity partner, business partner, collaborator, bff or even that person you do not like. It could run contrary to what you are being told in the moment. Please pay close attention and again, if this is a new or emerging relationship, take it slowly and stay connected to the insights you receive.
Between now and the next eclipse in your 7th on December 4th – expect some part or even all of the truth, to emerge if you are willing to look for it.

With Jupiter in your Now Age 9th, luck, expansion and opportunity will flow to you via who you know and connect with. This year brings us a highly unusual Jupiter cycle however. Instead of spending 12 consecutive months in a sign like it normally does, Jupiter transits its ruling house at warp speed and lands in your 10th on May 13. While the new may be off the table during eclipses and retro cycles, revivals certainly aren’t. Neither is reaping the rewards for past efforts. Yes, rewards are a retro word too as it starts with the all-important ‘re’!

Get yourself a serious helping of love for 2021, Leo. The hard work of the past few years is now well and truly over as that heavy duty Capricorn line up in your 6th breaks up – for good.
December 2020 saw both Saturn and Jupiter leave this sector of your chart and enter your 7th. It’s been approximately 29 years since Saturn entered here for a long-term stay. And 12 years since Jupiter last paid this house a visit. If you are old enough, think back to those periods and what transpired in partnership matters of all kinds.
